[MAKATI CITY, 23 August 2023] – MDI Novare is proud to announce its induction as a member of the Philippine Financial and Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP), a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace.
MDI Novare was officially inducted into PFIP during the “Pride in Power” Q3 Fellowship Night, held on August 23, 2023, at Discovery Primea in Makati City. The event, sponsored by Aboitiz Power Corporation, Chevron, and Shell, provided an excellent platform for MDI Novare to solidify its dedication to promoting DE&I within the financial and inter-industry sector in the Philippines.
At the event, MDI Novare was represented by Ivan Garong, HR Director for Talent Retention and a proud LGBTQIA+ member, and Sybil Samson, Talent Engagement and Advisory Lead, an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. They received PFIP’s Certificate of Membership from Weena Ekid, PFIP Chairperson, and Ian Fegalan, PFIP Trustee, symbolizing MDI Novare’s commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and DE&I initiatives.
