Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the whole Boot Camp Program?
The Novare University Boot Camp Program is two years long, and it comes with three major milestones: Training Camp, Regularization, and Promotion.
Training Camp is where the technical and theoretical training happens, normally extending from 1 to 3 months. Passing the training camp entitles you to a salary adjustment/increase.
Project Immersion period is an on-the-job deployment. This is where we test your technical competencies through application of learning. You get assessed based on your performance and how you respond to mentoring and professional development programs. If you pass the project immersion period, you will be regularized and be entitled to another salary increment.
Finally, Cadets have a clear roadmap towards career level promotion in their 18th to 24th month. Here, cadets will receive salary adjustment as they get promoted to the next career level.
How long is the hiring process?
The hiring process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks from application to job offer.
What is the Boot Camp and work set up?
The program is currently on hybrid setup, with a mixed modality mode of teaching: Classroom instructor-led, self-paced online, and hands-on work.
Is there a training bond?
Yes, it’s for no longer than one (1) year.
