[TAGUIG CITY, 27 and 28 July 2023] — To help demonstrate our unwavering commitment towards employee well-being, MDI Novare is proudly hosting an onsite Flu Vaccination Drive on July 27 and 28, 2023. 

Recognizing the importance of a healthy workforce in driving innovation and productivity, we are offering FREE flu shots to all employees who signed up for this two-day event.

The vaccine drive was meticulously organized by our Human Resources Operations team, led by Total Rewards and Employee Services Head, Arcelyn Madamba, in collaboration with leading health insurance provider, Maxicare, and renowned pharmaceutical company, Generika, with on-site medical professionals administering the vaccines and observing safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient process.

Emphasizing MDI Novare’s commitment to fostering a culture of care and health-consciousness within the organization, Arcelyn Madamba said: “In preparation for our return to office, we want to make sure our employees are protected from the flu. Prevention is better than cure, and this vaccine will help lessen the severity of symptoms, especially this rainy season.”

We have witnessed a remarkable turnout, showcasing the strong engagement of our teammates in prioritizing their health and that of their colleagues. More than a hundred employees and employee dependents availed of the flu vaccine.
