TAGUIG CITY, MAY 5, 2023 – MDI Novare, is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor M. Silvino as its new CEO, effective May 29, 2023. The appointment of Victor comes after an extensive search and evaluation process conducted by the company’s board of directors.
Victor brings a wealth of expertise to the role with over 30 years experience in the field of software, technology platforms and digital transformation, having served in various leadership roles both locally and internationally at IBM. He also served as Country Manager for VMWare Philippines.
He is an alumnus of Lawrence Technological University in Michigan and is an avid traveler and book enthusiast who finds inspiration in the vibrant art scene in the Philippines, having most recently served as Managing Director of Salcedo Auctions.
