MDI Novare, a leading technology solutions company, recently held its 5th Annual Pinnacle Awards on April 28. The event, hosted at the Grand Hyatt Manila Ballroom, recognized the best and brightest in the organization for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and celebration.
The Pinnacle Awards is MDI Novare’s annual employee recognition event that honors excellence and hyper-performance by individuals and teams for 2022. The event not only celebrates individuals and teams who demonstrate outstanding contributions and innovation in technology and customer centricity but also awarded Core Value winners from nominations gathered across the organization. The event also provided a platform to recognize all career-level promotions for the year.
The highlight of the evening was the presentation of awards to the winners of several categories, including the Core Values Champion Award, Spectrum Award, Employee of the Year, Team of the Year, Leader of the Year, and the prestigious Chairperson’s Merit Award.
The winners of each category were selected by the Leadership team and presented with the crystal Pinnacle trophy by the previous winners.
The event was attended by over 150 guests, including the awardees, newly-promoted employees, senior leaders, and the executive committee. In her remarks, Founder Myla Villanueva expressed her gratitude to all those who have helped the company achieve greater heights. “Each and every one of you is living proof that we Filipinos can truly be a champion in the technology industry. We are so proud of you!”, she says.
