Today marks International Women’s Day, a global celebration of the historical, social, cultural, and political achievements of women. We at MDI Novare dedicate this day to our female leaders, colleagues, and partners who enable us to make game-changing tech happen day in and day out.
We join the rest of the world as we #EmbraceEquity to help forge a future free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. We remain committed to creating an environment that seeks diversity, values equity, embraces inclusion, and champions belongingness.
I am happy to share that we have officially launched our #IWD campaign on social media, entitled “WomenInTech”. From now until the end of the month, we will highlight the stories of some game-changing women calling MDI Novare home. We also take this opportunity to acknowledge the men who support and advocate for gender equality through allyship.
When we embrace equity, we embrace harmony and unity. I invite you all to actively participate and show solidarity for this very important cause.
